FAQ's

Who will be working with my children?

All of our children’s classrooms are staffed with caring volunteers who have completed a thorough screening process, including background checks to ensure complete safety for your children.

What is the check-in process for the kids?

The first time your children come to Bridge Kids, you will need to register them at the Bridge Kids First Time Guest Check-In in the main foyer, after which you will be shown to their age-appropriate classroom. On all future visits, children can be checked-in at our Check-In computers located in the main foyer, just before you enter the Bridge Kids. A check-in assistant is always available to give any necessary assistance.

Are you equipped to handle Special Needs Children?

A special needs class is provided during our Sunday 11:30am service. Volunteers are specifically trained to work with children who have special needs. When you arrive at Bridge Kids First Time Guest Check-In, please let a member of our team know that you have a child with Special Needs. They will ask you to complete a questionnaire which will enable us to provide your child with customized care.
